How We Prepare Your Guitar

All guitars are checked on arrival and again prior to dispatch to ensure your guitar reaches you in optimal condition.

Initial Quality Check

All guitars are checked on arrival into the studio to ensure we are happy with the quality of the workmanship.

Dispatch Setup

Guitars are checked again prior to dispatch and any final setup adjustments are made (if required).

Prepared for Transit

Every guitar is cleaned and strings are detuned. We use a custom quad-layer box system with additional padding for ultimate protection during transit.

Double Boxed for Maximum Protection

Your guitar is placed inside its case before being padded inside a double walled inner box, this is then placed inside a double walled outer box with additional padding in between. The result is a minimum of FOUR cardboard layers plus added padding for unparalleled protection during transit.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Need a timed delivery? Contact us and we can coordinate the delivery to arrive on a convenient day.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide, tracked and fully insured.

Our customers order from all over the world, including the USA, Europe and Asia. Competitive shipping rates are available on request.

International Customer Notice
